Key Success Metrics:
Your performance will be measured by your ability to:
- Drive membership growth and gift card sales
- Boost introductory offer bookings
- Meet EBITA targets
- Maximize staff utilization (Massage Therapists & Estheticians)
- Lead successful team recruitment and retention
- Achieve new memberships from SPA Associates
- Increase service enhancements, upgrades, and retail sales
- Create a culture of employee satisfaction with low attrition rates
To be our ideal Spa Manager, you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of management experience (spa, salon, retail, or hospitality industries preferred)
- At least 1 year of marketing experience to grow our presence
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- A genuine passion for wellness and the benefits of massage and skincare
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to create a positive, motivated team environment
- A proven track record of setting and crushing goals, and inspiring your team to do the same
- Strategic and organizational skills to balance daily operations with big-picture growth
- The ability to build strong connections within the local and professional community
- Experience hosting promotional events and engaging the community to boost brand awareness
